Valentine's Day Salad

Valentine's Salad

For Valentine's Day, try to dress up a salad with hearts cut from vegetables and fruits like Red Peppers and Apples. This is a fun way to make your table festive and keep your kids enjoying a special Valentine's Day treat. Just cut a small piece of apple or red pepper to the size of about a small cookie, then place on a cutting board and carefully cut out the shape of a heart. For a striking presentation, add confetti (craft) to the table to make a special heart-filled holiday.
