1 cup mixed fresh fruits cut in
1 inch chunks such apple, banana, pineapple, peach,
melon, etc.
1/2 cup fruit flavored lowfat yogurt
Skewer 3 or 4 pieces of fruit
on a toothpick. Serve with yogurt as a dip.
