Parfait

Ingredients:
Non-Fat, No-Sugar Rasberry or
Vanilla Yogurt
Fresh Strawberries
Fresh Blueberries
Low-Fat Granola
Non-Fat, No-Sugar Whipped Cream
Directions:
Take the ingredients and put into
a plastic cup or parfait glass.
Spoon in yogurt and place fruit and granola on
top, finishing it off with a pretty dollup of
whipped cream.The yogurt, fruit and granola can
also be placed in repeating layers for a fun effect.
This is so yummy and a great way to serve a healthy
dessert! Kids will love making their own creations.
Cut out some red hearts and place on the table
for decoration!
