Raspberry
Petal Dips

Whether you are able to make a
trip to an Orchard or take a walk on an old country
road, berry picking is a favorite activity with
kids. This simple recipe is a great, fun way to
share an afternoon and hopefully get a walk in
too.
Ingredients:
2 cups of Raspberries, cleaned
1/2 cup of Sugar
2 tablespoons of Cherry Jello
1/4 cup of Water
Tortilla Shells
Cherries or Grapes or other fresh fruit for decoration
Any flavor yogurt for dipping
Directions:
Add the raspberries to water and boil. Slowly
add the sugar and Jello and mix. Let it boil for
about two minutes until the mixture thickens to
the consistency of jam. Heat Oven to 325 degrees.
Cut tortilla shells into pretty flower shapes.
Place on a cookie sheet and keep in the oven till
tortillas begin to harden. When cooled, spread
the raspberry jam on top. Decorate with fresh
fruit and dip in to yogurt for a tasty summer
dessert.
