Rice Pudding

As busy parents, we want to make
sure our children have the best of everything
and that includes desserts too. Here is a quick
recipe that is delicious and easy to put together
- kids can certainly help in the kitchen with
this one! Plus, because it uses low-calorie,
no-fat yogurt, you won’t feel guilty when
it comes to calories. Lastly, it’s a great
way to use up leftover white rice from dinner!
Ingredients:
1 Cup of Rice (cooked)
1 Cup of Lemon Flavored Yogurt, low-calorie,
no-fat
Optional Garnish - Low Fat Whipped
Cream and Pineapple
Just mix up the yogurt with the
rice and garnish with the whipped cream and
pineapple. For a fun touch, serve in little
cups and use demi-tasse spoons. Enjoy!
