Puppy Pots

Puppy Pots

This is a great craft using recycled materials that is an easy activity when kids are looking around for something fun to do. Plus it will bring smiles to your face!

Materials:
Empty plant pots
Construction paper
Scissors and tape
Elmer’s Glue
Markers and crayons

Optional:
Shredded craft paper or even recycled gift wrap for fun decorative patterns.
You can also use foam sheets to cover the planter.

Directions:
Clean out the planter with soap and water. Then cut out pieces of paper and glue onto the pot and tape to secure until everything dries. Let kids design and make a puppy of their own creation. When they have finished the Puppy Planter, fill with wrapped goodies or a pretty plant and give to someone who needs a smile. Or let the kids fill the container with crayons and put the planter in their room
