Please note there are many organizations working directly with children with afterschool programming. These include Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Big Brothers/Big Sisters of America, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, National 4-H Youth Council, YMCA of the USA, YMCA of the USA, Campfire Girls, Junior Achievement. There are others as well that deal with children in general but not necessarily focusing solely on afterschool.
