Fun PlayDates recognizes that childhood has changed in the 21st Century.

What used to be standard procedure for childhood, playing outside, running in and out of neighbors’ homes and spending leisurely Saturday afternoons in a gang of kids is no longer an option for most children. Playdates are the new social standard for developing the very necessary social skills and free-form play that keeps children healthy and socially connected.

We now live a world where overworked parents struggle with lifestyle demands that use just about every free moment of our time. Sadly our children suffer because of this. It is their free time that has to be filled with structured rather than free play.

Fun PlayDates acknowledges this challenge and looks to find innovative and simple ways to bring people together so that those valuable experiences and relationships may once again be part of a child’s history.
